Detailed Instructions For Fundraising Participants

STEP 1     On an envelope, write your name, your parents name (if youre under 18), address and phone number.

STEP 2    Ask everyone you know to support your organization by purchasing a personalized candy bar for the specified price ($2.50, $2.75 or $3.00). The best place to start is with the people on the Who Should I Sell To? sheet. These people will be happy to help you out, because they know you and they like you, and because your organization is a worthy cause.

Do not sell to strangers.

If there is a coupon on the back of the wrapper, make sure to mention it to your supporter.

STEP 3    For every candy bar sold, collect the money at the time of the purchase. Only accept cash or checks.

STEP 4    Add up the total amount of money collected and put the amount on the front of the envelope. Turn in the money collected to the fundraising leader.
